How to Prepare for Your First Visit
We email your new patient paperwork to complete at home, or you can arrive 15 minutes early to fill it out here. Bring your ID and insurance card if you have coverage. We work with many major providers.
We check insurance at the office. Chris will review your coverage, answer cost questions, help you use Medicare, VA Community Care, HSA or FSA funds, and, if needed, arrange payment plans even though we do not use CareCredit.
Day 1 and Day 2: What Will Happen
Your first visit lasts about 30-45 minutes, including paperwork. You will sit down with the doctor to discuss your health history and concerns, then have a physical exam. Usually, on-site X-rays are taken. When safe, you will receive care on Day 1, often including an adjustment.
On Day 2, you will review your X-rays and care plan, and Chris will explain insurance coverage and your out-of-pocket costs before any ongoing care begins. You receive care on Day 2 too. After that, most visits take about 10-15 minutes.

Our office is on the corner of 44th Avenue and Oleander Drive, in the L-shaped building shared with Pouranras Cosmetic Dentistry between 38th and 48th Avenues near the bypass. Our entrance is on the right-hand side of the building, with free parking steps from the door.
