What Chiropractic Care Is
Dr. Levy explains chiropractic care as making sure the spine and its joints move the way they are designed to move. When a joint is “stuck,” it can create inflammation, irritation, pinched nerves, and muscle spasm, which is often what you feel as pain. In-office X-rays show the structure of your spinal joints, and hands-on testing shows how well each area is moving. Techniques include Diversified, Thompson Drop, Logan Basic Methods, and Activator. Every adjustment is tailored to your body and comfort.

What Your Visits Look Like
On your first visit, you will complete a brief health history, meet with the doctor, have a focused exam, and usually get X-rays. If it is safe to do so, Dr. Levy will often give a first gentle adjustment that same day. Many patients enjoy a few minutes on the “roller table” to warm up the joints and muscles.
On your second visit, the doctor will review your X-rays, explain what is going on, and lay out a clear care plan and costs. Follow-up visits are usually about 10 to 15 minutes.
